Anticorruption Compliance in Brazil per BACC and New York University invitation – at Debevoise, NYC

It was a privilege to share my perspectives on Anticorruption Compliance in Brazil, Operation Car Wash, best practices from multinational companies operating in Brazil and my views about building a true and effective Ethics Culture in the corporate environment and how much it influences a positive development for the whole Brazilian society, as working to develop a strong and robust ethical corporate environment will most definitely redesign the public sector for good!
The topic of our conference was “Recent Developments in Arbitration and Anticorruption Compliance in Brazil”, organized by the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce and New York University, hosted by Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, in New York City.
Amongst the speakers, there were Donald Francis Donovan, Andrew Levine, Erica Levin, Luciano Timm and Renato Caovilla. Proud to be part of it!
